GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR)
WHAT IS GDPR? EU Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Protection of Personal Data, known as the General Data Protection Regulation GDPR.

Where personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, the data subject shall have the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning him or her for such marketing, which includes profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing.

RIGHT TO RECLAMATION:
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, each person concerned shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State in which he has his or her habitual residence, place of work or place of infringement of the rights of the data subject if it considers that the processing of personal data concerning it is in breach of this Regulation. The supervisory authority where the complaint was filed shall inform the complainant of the progress and outcome of the complaint, including the possibility of resolving the complaint.
