God Mode - Control Panel
Microsoft engineers have moved the Control Panel feature (to a hidden location) in Windows 11, but if you find it (after much searching), you'll be able to access almost all computer and system settings.

Quick Tip: Changing your settings can cause serious errors and even crash your Windows system, so make any changes to the Control Panel at your own risk.
God Mode - Control Panel:
It is called »Master Control Panel« and offers over 300 settings in the registry and system, where you can set the screen colors, the antivirus program, or you can change the settings from encryption to disk configuration in one place.
Very short (5 seconds):
Create a new folder on the desktop and rename it GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}. Ready. You can already use it.
More detailed:
Create a new folder on the Desktop.
A.) – Right click on Desktop. The small mouse menu appears. Drag (do not click, just drag) the mouse cursor over the New link, followed by another small mouse menu. Drag the cursor over the Folder link (with a yellow folder icon), then left-click.
B.) – A new folder will appear on the desktop immediately after you click.

C.) – Copy the following code and rename the new folder with this name (with this code): GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}.

Rename mode: Right-click the folder. In the menu at the top of the mouse that appears, left-click on the Rename icon.

Important: – To apply the effect, after renaming, click on a free space on the desktop with the left mouse button, after which the yellow folder icon will disappear and the unnamed Control Panel icon will appear (icon only, no name). You can click this icon to access all the settings that will open in the File Manager.

Quick Tip: You can give another name instead of GodMode (for example, Settings or Control Panel Mode, etc.), but the period and sequence of numbers and letters that follow cannot be changed!
On computer, GodMode means that you can change all the settings in the Control Panel and in the system in a single folder. This method collects settings for all components and features that are scattered throughout the system.
