Turn off or block advertisements
Ads and publicity appear after the installation of Microsoft Windows 11 system, or after the installation of third-party programs.

Next part: Disable notifications and messages...
Ads and publicity appear in the lower-right corner of the taskbar, in the form of small windows that provide additional services, which can destroy the appearance of Windows 11.

The ad blocking description consists of several parts. You can click on the link that interests you most:
1.) – PART ONE: Deletion of the ad delivery program...
2.) – PART TWO: Disabling Microsoft Ads in File Manager...
3.) – PART THREE: Deleting the „Get Office” application...
Quick Tip: In Windows system, pop-up windows are usually caused by so-called computer bloatware, which provides an unnecessary function, or prompts you to register, which not only uses your hard drive, but sometimes does more difficult, and more annoying to use the computer.
Let's begin:
Refers to other Microsoft applications (not Windows) and third-party programs. If the ads in the taskbar become annoying after a while, do the following:
1.) – PART ONE: Deletion of the ad delivery program.
A.) – Delete if you do not need the program:
If you are unsure if a particular program is not needed, delete it. Press the Windows -Logo + I keys on the keyboard at the same time.

In the menu bar on the left, click the "Apps" link. In the next window, click on the "Apps & features" option at the top.

In the next window, scroll down until you find the program you want to delete. Click on the three dots after the program name (right) with the left mouse button. In the drop-down menu, click the "Uninstall" button and follow the removal instructions. Ready. The built-in removal feature of Windows will delete the selected application, removing annoying ads and notifications caused by the program.

B.) – Do not delete if you need the program:
You can't delete a program that is used in every day, or is used frequently, but you can disable or at least restrict the ads that appear.
Press the Windows -Logo + I keys on the keyboard at the same time.

In the "Settings" window that appears, click the "Privacy & security" link. In the new window, just below, under "Windows permissions", click the "General" link.

In the new window that appears, drag the slider to "OFF" (top option) in the "Allow applications to use personalized ads using my ad ID entry.

Quick Tip: This option can be selected during Windows 11 installation, so if you didn't enable ads during installation, this feature is already disabled.
2.) – PART TWO: Disabling Microsoft Ads in File Manager.
Refers to OneDrive notifications and creatives and the Microsoft Office 365 service.
In any version of Windows, you may occasionally see notifications from your Microsoft OneDrive or Office 365 product provider. Users may choose to click the "Later" or "Sign In" buttons in the notification window to ignore the ad or try immediately the program.

If you don't want to see more ads about your Microsoft product, follow these steps to disable it:
Press the Windows -Logo + E keys on the keyboard at the same time to open the File Explorer window.

A.) – In the folder that appears, click the three dots in the top menu bar (Settings).
B.) – Click the "Options" button in the drop-down menu.
C.) – In the "Folder Options" window that appears, click the "View" tab in the top menu bar.
D.) – In the window that appears, in the "Advanced settings" entry, uncheck the box in front of "Show sync provider notifications". Finally, click 'Apply' and then 'OK'.

Quick Tip: If the box isn't checked, but some ads still appear, your computer is infected with malware that displays targeted ads. Run an antivirus program to detect it.
3.) – PART THREE: Delete the "Get Office" application.
Windows 11 includes a Get Office application that tells you that Office 365 is available for download. However, this is only a limited-time version, which can only be used for one month, after which you must purchase it if you want to use.
The "Get Office" application can be found in the Start menu. Click the Windows -Logo icon on the taskbar to display the Home screen, where the red Office icon is already visible. Right-click on the Microsoft Office (the red icon), and then left-click on "Uninstall" button in the small menu that appears.

Quick Tip: If appear later another update for Windows 11 (if Microsoft updates this feature as well), the "Get Office" application may reappear. It can be removed again as described above.
Finally:
Of course, apps are created by programmers and engineers who understand how can be displayed the ads. They can easily bypass all user settings. If new ad windows appear despite the methods described above, check the Internet for new blocking options.
