Install Windows from a USB Flash Drive: For faster installation of Windows, the very good method is, if you copy on a USB Flash Drive (flashdrive is faster than pendrive). However, can instal the system from a USB device, where the method is supported by the motherboard of the computer.Check in the BIOS:
For control:
Turn on or restart the computer
Continually press F2, DEL or CTRL-ALT-ESC button to enter BIOS Setup
BIOS window appears
Using the keyboard, scroll to the section containing the boot options
If the USB device is connected (flash or pendrive), and the BIOS supports, appear on the list (if not shown, is not supported)
For installation:
According to the method described above, enter in the BIOS, and with the keyboard arrow up-down, left-right, set your computer to boot from USB Flash Drive, for installing Windows. Of course, if you install from the DVD, set the DVD writer to be first
1.) - A 4 GB (or larger) flash drive
2.) - Windows 8 or Windows 10 installation DVD disc or ISO file
3.) - Legal Windows 8 or Windows 10 license key

5.) – Below, near the ISO image, I clicked on the button with the icon of the drive
6.) – In the Explorer window appeared, I looked the ISO file created, and I clicked on button Open
7.) – The Explorer introduced in the Rufus program, after which it appears, bottom, the Start button
8.) – Warning window will appear, that will erase all data on the USB
9.) – I clicked on the OK button and began to extract the ISO file on the flash drive. Ready
10.) – Did not last more than four minutes, including copying

Warning: When done, don't yank the USB drive from the port, because it disappears NTFS format, with the data on it. Click on bottom, right corner, near the clock, on the USB icon with the right mouse button, and from the mouse menu, select Safely Remove link (or similar).
